Data Analytics Engineering
Data Analytics Engineering is about turning raw data into valuable business insights. It includes data collecting, storing, processing, validation and visualization.

Training process
The program is designed to guide you through two engaging stages:
Stage 1: Fundamentals
- Duration: 3 months
- Commitment: ~12 hours per week
In this stage, you’ll build a strong foundation in data skills. Here's what to expect:
- Self-paced learning: Access curated materials and complete one hands-on task per week.
- Mentor guidance: Submit your weekly tasks for feedback and approval from expert mentors.
- Interactive support: Join weekly group sessions with professionals to discuss questions and deepen your understanding.
- Skill assessments: Participate in 2-3 individual evaluations, including theoretical reviews and live coding exercises.
Perform well and pass the technical interview to advance to the next level!
Stage 2: Specialization
- Duration: 4 months
- Commitment: ~20 hours per week
This stage is all about taking your skills to the next level with a more intensive approach:
- Daily learning: Dive into assignments that challenge and grow your expertise.
- Group support: Attend daily Q&A sessions with peers and mentors for real-time insights.
- Self-study: Continue exploring in-depth materials to master specialized topics.
By the end of the program, you’ll be ready to tackle real-world challenges with confidence.
What is required for training:
- English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher
- Basic knowledge of Relational Database Management System (DBMS) theory
- Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Familiarity with Python basics
Nice to have:
- Degree from a technical university or other educational institution with a technical specialization
- Experience in banking and technical spheres
How to get started?
- Register till January 24. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach your CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox or notifications tab.
- Specify your interest in this program in your profile's "Additional information" section. Please indicate the reasons for choosing this training and your expectations.
- Take the English Proficiency test available in your profile within 5 days after registration. You need to reach a B2 (Upper-Intermediate) result or higher to proceed.
- Pass the entry technical test available in your account's "My enrollments" section. You should take it within 5 days after registration and reach a minimum score of 70%. Please pay attention to the materials from this article to prepare.
- Have a phone interview with a recruiter. We will contact you within 1-3 weeks after you pass all the tests to ask some general questions and guide you through the next steps.
- Start studying a recommended self-paced course. You will get its link in the registration confirmation email and can explore the modules to prepare for the final exam and upcoming program.
- Pass an online final technical exam on February 10. We will schedule it for a specific time, which will be the same for all participants and be provided to you in a separate email.
- Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the enrollment results and share further instructions for your learning journey within 1-2 weeks after the technical exam.
